Shipping and Returns
Your order will be packaged and shipped in 24 - 48 hours (business days) of your purchase. It will take 3-7 days for the product to reach your relaxation location. If you are outside of the U.S. email firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to put a shipping quote together so that you can receive your WholeStory hammock anywhere in the world.
Returns and Exchanges
Your happiness influences our happiness. If you aren't happy with your product, then we aren't either. You have 30 days from your purchase to email email@example.com with your return request and proof of purchase. The item must be unused, resalable and in similar quality to when it was shipped. After your return request email is receive, you will receive shipping information on where to send the product. Upon receiving your returned product we will examine it. If the return is approved you have the option to exchange for a different product or we will refund your money.
Any requests to return or exchange orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
If a product is received defective or damaged during the shipping process LET US KNOW within 30 DAYS. That's no good for either of us, and we're in this together! Please take a photo of the damage and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage, proof of purchase and order #. This needs to be done within 30 days of receiving your product. We're here to help you help, let us know if there are product issues!
