Your happiness influences our happiness. If you aren't happy with your product, then we aren't either. You have 30 days from your purchase to email info@wholestory.biz with your return request and proof of purchase. The item must be unused, resalable and in similar quality to when it was shipped. After your return request email is receive, you will receive shipping information on where to send the product. Upon receiving your returned product we will examine it. If the return is approved you have the option to exchange for a different product or we will refund your money.
Any requests to return or exchange orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
